The goal of medical respite care is to stabilize residents’ medical conditions so they can transition safely to self care. That’s a major part of the journey, but it’s still far from over.

The Journey Home Fund will help Joseph & Mary’s Home residents realize this critical next stage of moving into permanent housing.
